A 3- Day diet to Drop in Weight Quickly

Everyone wants an easy and quick way to lose the extra weight and sculpt the body. There are numerous of diets and exercises which can help us build our body, but they usually take time and need dedication and hard work.

Believe it or not, there is a diet plan which provides the result extremely quickly. I’m telling it from my own experience. I followed that plan, and I lose 10 pounds for only 2 weeks. After one month I get the body, I always wanted. That is why I want to help you, and I’m presenting you my 3- day diet. It will make you lose the extra weight and also improve your health in a short time.

For this period of three days, you need to restrict your calories. You should consume 600-800 calories per day. You must avoid carbohydrates, alcohol, coffee, and soda, drink plenty of water, eliminate salt and sugar from your diet, and sleep properly, exercises at least 30 minutes a day.

Here is your menu:
Breakfast:
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 egg
1 cup ginger tea
One grapefruit
Lunch:
Baked chicken steak
Green vegetables
Veggie soup
One grapefruit
1 cup of ginger tea
Dinner:
Salmon
Vegetable salad
Steamed veggies
1 grapefruit
1 cup of ginger tea
After these 3 days, you should make several days pause and then continue the diet another 3 days. Do it until you get the wanted results. Of course, before you start this diet you should consult your doctor or nutritionist.

Contraindications for this diet: (1)
– Pregnancy

– People with cardiovascular problems

– People who suffer from diabetes

– People with kidney disease

– People under the age of 18 and after the age of 60

Ingredients you will need:
– 1 tablespoon grated ginger

– 2 cups water

– 1 teaspoon honey

– ½ lemon

Preparation:
You should firstly peel the ginger root and then grate it. Take one tablespoon of the grated ginger and add it in warm water. Then leave it to cold down and add the honey and the lemon juice. Stir it well and enjoy it.
